1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotion organised by K & K Micallef, operating as The Beach at Paradise Bay (“we”, “us”, “our”), located in Malta. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms.

Promotion Details Participants scanning the QR code and submitting their personal information through the landing page will be entitled to one (1) complimentary glass of sparkling wine per person, redeemable at The Beach at Paradise Bay. Participants may claim only one complimentary glass per person. Submitting multiple entries violates these rules and will render you and your entire table ineligible for the offer. Participants must be of legal drinking age (17 years and above) according to Maltese law.
